If they spend so many hours in them, they also spend plenty of money each month. If this is the case, would it not be easier for them to dedicate to treadmill walking in the convenience of their own home? Buying a treadmill might seem not so cheap at first, but if you take into account that it is a one-time expense, things start looking completely different.
