Helping others is something that some people do for a living. Having said that, some people take medical air evacuation courses to learn to help others without hoping to be paid for it. I like it when I can call an emergency number in case I experience problems on the road or if I happen to seen an accident. Knowing that there is somebody I can count on to help me gives me peace of mind that I need so much.
